Employer conversations
Some employers consider applicants with records. Hiring decisions belong to the employer, always.
Participation in this pathway does not establish eligibility for training, funding, or housing, and does not guarantee licensure or employment. Certain records, restrictions, or regulatory requirements may affect commercial driving eligibility. Each situation is reviewed individually, and final decisions rest with licensing authorities, funding programs, and employers.
